When entering or editing a record be sure that there is something in each of the fields. If you do not have information for a specific field please enter N/A. In the field 'ImageFN' be sure to include the picture file name extension. i.e. 142-135.jpg. The '.jpg' portion of the filename is the filename extension. If you do not have an image for the field 'ImageFN' please enter the following. NPA.jpg. This is nothing more then a graphic stored at the website to simply state that there is No Photo Available at the time of posting. This can be changed through the editor at a later date should you acquire one. Do not try to drag and drop the photo into the database interface it will not work.
